Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to withdraw from your purchase without needing to provide a justification. To exercise this right, please notify us unequivocally at contacto@follicgen.com (you can use the withdrawal form template).

Product condition and exceptions

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (article 103 of RDL 1/2007). Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and with their packaging.

How to make a return

Write to us at contacto@follicgen.com indicating your order number. We will provide you with return instructions. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval of the refund. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of its return.

Defective or non-conforming products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or different product than ordered, please contact us within a reasonable time. You have the right to the legal guarantee of conformity provided in RDL 1/2007 (amended by Law 7/2021): repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as appropriate.

Additionally and voluntarily, Follicgen offers a 60-day commercial guarantee under the terms described in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), without prejudice to your legal rights.
