Your right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to provide any justification.
How to exercise it
To exercise your right, you must unequivocally notify us of your decision before the deadline, by email to contacto@follicgen.com, stating your name, order number, and date. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.

Exceptions
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (Article 103 of RDL 1/2007).
Refund
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, we will refund the amounts paid within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of its return. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
